I had an excellent experience booking a shopping tour for my clients with AGF Orlando! From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. I received consistent updates and support leading up to the day of the booking, which gave me great peace of mind.

Alexandre was incredibly patient and professional. He answered all my many questions, listened carefully to my requests, and went out of his way to accommodate everything we needed. That level of attention to detail and customer service truly stood out.

We booked a 7-hour shopping transportation service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver was punctual, professional, patient, and extremely courteous throughout the entire day. He made the shopping experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free for my clients.

I will definitely be booking with AGF Orlando again and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused transportation in Orlando.

Thank you, Alexandre and the AGF Orlando team, for such a wonderful experience! 💯✨

This is by far the best car service we have ever used, far better than the other services wehave used on past trips.. they where at baggage claim waiting with a sign with our last name before we arrived and quickly got us to our private suv which was parked conveniently in their own private area of the airport, the car was clean with cold water for everyone I would easily give them 6 out of 5 stars, Its the only service i will ever use for our disney trips!! Thank you AGF!!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with this car service. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and perfectly timed. The driver, Alexandre, was punctual, courteous, and made the entire experience feel calm and effortless—exactly what you hope for when timing and coordination really matter.

The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and the communication leading up to the pickup was excellent. Most importantly, Alexandre, our driver, handled a surprise pickup flawlessly, which required patience, flexibility, and discretion. It made a very special moment truly unforgettable.

Reliable, professional, and stress-free. We will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable transportation for important events or travel.
